Does microwave radiation cause cancer?

Image_4 Microwave radiation can cause cancer.

False. Intense microwave radiation can cause burns, temporary sterility, and cataracts, since it can heat body tissue just as it heats food. But you would have to be exposed to levels that are much higher than the allowable limits for leakage on newer ovens.

My microwave oven must either leak terribly or the door was not shut properly but my skin on one side of my upper body is red and hot. The reason I think that this is a microwave burn is that the redness is not where there are folds in the skin. How do I treat this and how dangerous is it for my health. Can you help?

hey its really really bad to use a microwave because if the food is in a plastic wrap the chemicals can leak out of the plastic and into the food and if you have a baby dont put there bottle in the microwave use a pot and put it on the oven sure it will take a long time but they will live longer
