This is a pretty cool lock. I like the digital ones, I have one installed at my house. Got it from http://www.cydus-solutions.com
Its the AP501 lock. They also carry some Mykey 2300 digital door locks too.

This is an excellent product for individuals with limited hand function due to nerve damage (cervical spinal cord injury, carpal tunnel, ulnar damage) or arthritis.
