Save money with a home gym

Get started with a mat, dumbbells, and elastic bands, then add a stability ball and an exercise DVD for a good cardio workout.

Amelia - I think its better to either hit the gym, or buy quality workout equipment. Theres really no reason people cannot workout these days, you can go buy a bowflex for 300 bucks used on ebay. As a side note, I love netflix. :-P

A while ago I ditched the gym in favor of using NetFlix and the library to get a variety of workout videos. Extra cost to me? $0 - and the endless choices allow me to work out at home without getting bored.
