Tip of the day: Fight the flu, wash your hands

Getting the flu shot is a crucial first step in fighting the flu, but it doesn't offer complete protection. To keep flu germs at bay, be sure to wash your hands often, and use disinfectant wipes on telephone and computer keyboards to prevent the transfer of viruses. Avoid close contact with sick people, and stay at home if you have a cough and fever.
