Gasoline and diesel prices are up in all regions compared to the week before and this week last year. The national gasoline average is about $.30 above the price this time last year. Diesel fuel is $.28 below this time last year.

Nearing the crossing point with prices "this time last year". Like the stock market, gas prices have shown a remarkable recovery this year.
