Average gas prices--June 1, 2009
In every region, fuel prices are up compared against the week before. Gasoline is increasingly more expensive than diesel fuel per gallon. The national gasoline average is now about a $1.45 below the price this time last year. Despite the increase in price, diesel fuel is now $2.35 below this time last year.

This is the time of year when prices always seem to go up. And what amazes me is that a lot of people seem surprised by it! I don't think that things will get as bad this year as they did last year, but who knows for sure!
