We have a 2005 Lexus RX 330 that was delivered with a Delphi battery. These batteries are failing at an alarming rate and there's fore warning. Lexus changed the battery because the car was under warranty, however, they should be notifying all owners with this battery that it will fail prematurely, and they should replace it prior to a driver being stuck on the road. Heads up.
